I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620, that I am trying to setup for wireless scanning to my Mac running the EL Capitan OS, that I cannot get to work.
When I try and do a scan from the printer, wireless-ly, the message I get on the display on the Printer says:
Mac OS X HP Scan software is required for this feature. If installed, open HP Utility. Under Scan Settings, select Scan to Computer, and ensure that Enable Scan to Computer is selected.
However, when I open the HP Scan application on my Mac, there is no feature for "HP Utility." The window has an entry on the right that says, "HP Officejet Pro 8620" Place an item and the click Scan. Then there is a button that says, "Scan..."
