Need printer code for printer update

I am trying to set up an older printer I have (Officejet 4632) onto a computer I just was given.  I have not used this printer in a few years.  I installed my software disc onto the computer and it said I needed to download an update to the printer.  The printer says I am connected to my wireless network, but when I follow the instructions to get the printer code to do the update my printer says it cannot connect to the server.  Virtual Assistant does not help.  I am very computer illiterate.  Please help!  Thanks.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Officejet 4632 E-All-In-One Printer.

I have a few recommendations 

• One password associated with a wireless printer would be the Wi-Fi password to which the printer will need to connected in order to print wirelessly.
