Hi,  I have changed my internet connection and need to configure new wifi setup to my printer

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you have a new Wi-Fi router and need to connect your printer to it. I know how frustrating it can be when your devices don’t connect as expected, but don’t worry—we can get this sorted out with a network reset.

Restore network settings to default settings:
● Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
● Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wifi Router & Printer --> install it back and check
