Hi @Vineet41

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To enter the verification code in the HP ePrint app on your iPad, follow these steps:

Steps to Enter Verification Code in HP ePrint App:

Open the HP ePrint App on your iPad.

  • Ensure you have downloaded and installed the HP ePrint app from the App Store. If you haven't, you can download it from the App Store link.

Sign In or Register:

  • If this is your first time using the app, you will need to either sign in with your HP ePrint account or register for one.
    • Tap on Sign Up to create a new HP ePrint account, or Sign In if you already have one.
  • Once you sign in or sign up, you might be prompted to enter a verification code.

Finding the Verification Code:

  • If you're asked for a verification code, HP ePrint will send a verification code to your registered email address.
  • Open your email inbox (on your iPad or another device) and look for an email from HP ePrint that contains the verification code.

Enter the Verification Code:

  • Once you’ve received the verification email, open it and locate the verification code.
  • Go back to the HP ePrint app on your iPad and enter the code in the designated field.
  • After entering the code, tap Verify or Submit to complete the verification process.

Set Up the Printer:

  • After verification, you can add your printer by following the app’s prompts. You may need to ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPad for it to be detected.
  • Once the printer is added, you should be able to send print jobs directly from the HP ePrint app.

What to Do if You Can't Find the Verification Code:

  • Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes the email containing the verification code may end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there if you don't see the email in your main inbox.
  • Request a new code: If you didn’t receive the code or the link expired, you can often request a new code from within the app or by visiting your HP ePrint account settings on the web.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
