Having problems with HP, just transferring me over and over! I asked for a Supervisor and explained my problem. I was given [content removed]. I've been on hold 30 minutes!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this is not what we would like to hear from our customers because we pride ourselves in providing the best. Looks like we have fallen short with you. But I will personally do everything to ensure we gain your trust back. However, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the exact issue with the printer?
