Network config page wont print

I am trying to print the Network Configurations page to get a passcode to put in the HP app so that i can connect my printer to it so that i can get hp instant ink as it will not let me print anything without this.

When i first turned on my printer it said both ink cartriges were full but now they are saying they are empty, sinse connecting it to the app on my computer.

This is also something i am confused with, the printer was already connected to the app so i dont know why i have to connect it again (it says its to see what ink cartriges i need)

I need this passcode to link them up but cant print the pages because no ink, is there any way to get around this.

Also, tried HP assistance, and because my printer is out of its warranty it just sent me here

Im pretty sure the page with the passcode on wont print because i cant use these ink cartriges without hp instant ink as it was previously enrolled on there. But because it wont let me enroll in hp instant ink without the passcode i cant use the ink to get the code. its running me around in circles
