Network disabled??

I bought this printer online and now it I can't get the network to connect. I have tried everything I know and it still won't connect via wireless nor Ethernet. Im starting to feel like a total blond here and this is only the frit problem. The next thing is I'm getting a ⚠️Ink System Failure in the upper left corner of the display screen...did I just purchase a giant paper weight or is this fixable???

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
