I see that you are facing intermittent connectivity issues with your HP Deskjet 3635 all-in-one Printer.

You may follow the steps listed below to update the firmware from HP Smart App.

2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.

NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.

3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.

4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.

5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.

You may also follow the steps from this document.(Click on the word document to open the web page).

Hello Rainbow23

Thanks for the solution. It does not work, because it demands that the printer is on the web and that is problem, it is not.
So, how do I use Your solution and before that have the HP DESKJET 3635 using my wifi.

Regards

3. Select HP Smart

4. Select Uninstall

Step 2: Reinstall HP Smart App.

1. Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS),

or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows),

or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac).

2. Open the HP Smart app.

3. The app searches for recently installed printers.

- If your printer displays, click it. If you are setting up a new printer, it might display with Set-Up under the name.

- If your printer does not display, click the Plus sign, and then follow the on-screen prompts to add your printer or set up a new printer.
