Product: HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer

I purchased my own ink since I bought this printer - now it tells me the printer cannot print - end of error message. I log on try the virtual assistant, leave my number at WhatsApp customer service and everywhere else- no response.

I will never buy HP again

Does anyone know of a stand alone printer that isn't connected top internet and phone - straight from my desktop is fine.
