HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w
Microsoft Windows 11

My laser printer won't turn on. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting (unplugging and plugging it back in, checking that all connections are firm, trying different outlets, trying the power button multiple times). It worked fine yesterday. All connections should be exactly the same. But it is completely dead.

I need sugestions.

You apparently did not read my question. The printer WON'T TURN ON. So all those steps about turning the printer on/off and downloading firmware are completely irrelevant.

Hey, I understand the issue, but have you tried the reset part?

Remove the power cord from the unit aswell as the power outlet.

then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

then reconnect the power cord. Make sure that the printer is connected directly to the power outlet.

If possible, check with a different power outlet if it works.

Let me know how it goes.

OK, I tried that just now. Nothing. It  is just completely dead.
