I purchased this printer second hand. After factory resetting the printer, printing the configuration report & network summary, and then connecting via WiFi direct to access the EWS portal the EWS portal prompts for a username and password. Normal defaults such as "Admin / Admin" or just "admin" with password field left blank do not work. Resetting the printer again also does not work (but it does reset the wifi direct default password).

WPS is not an option as the network is publicly accessible and this printer is intended for WiFi direct usage only.

The connection was tested through Firefox  on Windows and Linux devices, as well as Brave Browser and Firefox on Android, all prompting for a username and password and all of them not accepting any password / username combination.
