Envy Pro 6432
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New printer and connected to network and instant ink on installation. Worked fine and advised me new ink on the way. they arrived ( nice and big - much bigger than the ones in shops) and fitted them as the demo ones had run out.  I'm new to Instant Ink, but not HP printers. My last one lasted years.

So now printing is slow and error light 'X' and  have to press Resume to print . Checking Printer status shows 'The Printer is not connected to HP instant ink anymore' and 'The printer cannot connect to Web Services' and warnings that printing will cease soon.

My internet is fine. Wi-fi report on the printer shows connected and strong signal, but does say it is not connected to the internet (!). HP Smart on my PC on the same Wi-Fi network connects to it OK.

I have tried powering it off and on again and not made any difference. I presume the printer is trying to call home, but home is not answering! Where is home? I'd like to know so I can ping it to see if it is answering or not.

What else could it be. Its frustrating and not how it worked when I first got it. The instant Ink may be good value, but not if it causes problems.
