I recently switched from Xfinity wifi to Verizon 5G home internet. While on Xfinity, I never had a problem with the printer. Now that I am on Verizon, the printer will not connect. I have tried all of the steps in HP's support documents. Including putting the printer into wifi connect mode by holding the wifi button down for five seconds. I have attempted to use the setup wizard on both a mobile device and a laptop. I have even tried factory resetting the printer by holding down the wifi and power buttons for three seconds with the cartridge door open. Nothing is working. Please help, this is extremely frustrating.

You need to check when connecting to new home internet that is a 2.4G network, because that is more compatible with your printer.

You may need to contact you Verizon network support to check what networks are available in your network device configuration
