Here is a copy of the report... I see it says wireless disabled but I also included a pic to show that I do have it on.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

So I guess you all are going to stop helping me? In the private messages I was told to try talking to HP support in my region. I asked how to get a hold of them because I’ve tried calling your service before and your automated system just tells me I need to do support online and hangs up on me. So how can I get a hold of this so-called support in my region?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Can you please send me a way to reset my printer?  After reading this post it seems the same thing is happening for me.

Printer sees the network.. but doesn't connect.
