Hi @Fin5363,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it can be when the printer won’t connect to Wi-Fi, especially when you just want to get things working again. I’ll be happy to help you with this.

To connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network using your PC, please follow the steps below carefully. These steps should help resolve the connection issue and get your printer back online smoothly.

If you run into any trouble while following the steps, or if the issue persists, please let me know, and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

Restore the printer to the original network settings:

1.  On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

2. Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router, & Printer, --> install it back and check

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
