I understand that you getting connectivity issues with your printer, I am glad to assist you.

 

Reset the printer network settings to defaults:-

  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode.

Connect the printer using the HP Smart app

Follow the steps mentioned in this document:- Click here
