I ran out of ink and bought new ink and installed. When i try to print it prints blank. I did the alignment and cleaned printer heads. Still prints blank? I ran a the trouble shooter it says there is a problem with printer

I would need the model of the printer to provide specific information. Since you mentioned that the cartridges were changed, please check whether the protective tape on the nozzles have also been removed. If so try the following:

  1. Print a Self-Test Page (Bypassing the Computer) by using the buttons on the printer.
  2. Try a Hard Power Reset
  3. Turn printer ON

  4. Unplug the power cord from the printer (not the wall)

  5. Wait 60 seconds

  6. Plug back in and restart

  7. If your printer has a printhead it may need to be cleaned
