HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer

I had a new modem installed. The printer cannot find the new modem to be connected to the wireless.  The distance to the modem is fine. I have tried the cold reset.  The unplugging thing.   Entering in the name of the network. How do I get it to find the new modem?

Hello @HatingTech

If you try to configure it on another network, does it find it?

Or are you not finding any networks?

Best regards

I don't understand what you are asking. We have switched other devices with no problem.

So when I say I don't understand, repeating the same information is not helpful. I am not in the tech field, so I don't speak tech language.

Hello @HatingTech

Try installing it somewhere other than where you are. The problem could be with the printer or your network.

Best regards
