Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a new router.  I cannot get my printer to connect to the new router.  I have followed all of the steps listed in documents.  Nothing is working.

Hi @Sophie627 

 

To restore network settings to default settings


● Press and hold the Wireless button  and the Cancel button ( X) from the printer control panel
together for three seconds.

 

then open HP Smart, click on the + button and add the printer again.
