I have an Officejet Pro 8600 that will not connect to my wireless network. When I had this problem a year ago, HP Support Agent Betty0610 sent me instructions to restore the network settings and her solution worked beautifully on multiple occasions to reconnect the printer. Now, the wireless network test results indicate “Fail” for “No Filtering.”  It also indicates in bold a “Hardware Address (MAC)” and provides the address. I do not know what to do with this information to correct the connection issue. Help!

Betty0610, Yes, I followed the instructions you sent me last year. Those instructions have worked several times when I lost network connection. This time it does not work to restore the connection.

yes i have reset the printer its not connection to the network
