Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Support Community, 

I've recently changed my IP Network supplier, Unfortunately this has coursed a problem with my printer. 

Not able to get it back online. tried using my computer with the USB cable, hasn't helped. 

Even tried The Virtual Agent, No help. 

How do I turn the SSID back on the printer? 

Please can you help me?

we had power surges recently,and it's knockedout my printer. cannot get it to connect to the wifi
