Hi my printer just suddenly stopped allowing me to connect wirelessly. When I try and select the Printers WiFi on the list on my phone it says no internet ..I don't understand these things at all.it used to work but just decided to stop .I've done a factory reset as I thought that might solve it but it hasn't

Any ideas

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)? 

  • Are you trying to print from an Android or Apple phone? 

  • Are you connecting the printer to the home network or phone network?
