Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8720 printer/scanner/fax which has been working fine and accessible from my HP Pavillion HPE  H8 1020 computer until 2 days ago, when was not able to print as usual.  I was to use HP Set up Wizard to reinstall printer a couple of times, then no longer worked.  I downloaded HP Smart and did all the checks which look ok but says computer not available, though can read all info from it.  Internet connection is working for computer and printer.  I have also checked printer in Microsoft Settings and don't see any fixes there.   Drivers appear to be there and don't see any updates available.  Tempted to uninstall HP software and re-install, but not sure if that any longer possible onliine.
