For some reason I'm getting blank pages when I try to print a receipt when I've ordered something online.  If I take a screenshot and paste onto a document then it will print. Also, if I'm printing a picture and there is some text under the picture, the picture prints fine. The color(s) are okay but the text doesn't show up. This just started happening the past couple weeks. I opened a new document and put some text on it but still didn't print/came out a blank page. I have the print & scan doctor, ran diagnostics, and cleaned printerheads. Did a test page and colors came out fine but the text above the color images was very light. However, the results showed ink levels were okay, as was everything else. So, I don't know what to do. I have a HP 2652 deskjet all in one printer. Like I said, this just started happening and I have not switched/changed any settings. Only thing I do is change print color option. I am not a tech genius so need help that is simple to understand. Are you able to copy well in black or color?

 

Do try another web browser to print the receipt and see if that helps.
