My HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M1 30fw all of a sudden stopped printing when hooked up to my laptop. It will copy and run a print test .The little screen shows copy, scan, fax.supplies, apps & setup .
When I click the WiFi button it says wifi is on, network wifi is on & HPePrint service is off.
It was working until I started making copies. Then when I tried to print again it wouldn't print.

@Rhonda23, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print from the computer.
To assist you better, are you using a Mac or a Win PC? Let us try these steps:
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue (Win PC only)
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
