I couldn't print from my iPhone.  ..........After "a lot" !!!  I now can but only using the Phone's HP App not directly from an iPhone App - workable but not preferred!?!??!        BUT NOW:  I cannot print from any MS Products on my Laptop.  None can find the printer!??!?!  I've rebooted everything.  They are on the same wifi network...  HP Smart indicates that the Printer is "Ready"!?!??!  I more or less solved a luxury and lost a neccessity!!!!

Hi @ETRF

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you are facing issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer and you are unable to print even after performing the troubleshooting. I would request you to please follow the steps:

1. Verify Printer in Windows

  • Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers (or Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners).
  • Check if your HP printer is listed.
  • If it’s missing, click Add a printer or scanner and let Windows detect it.

2. Reset the Print Spooler

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Find Print Spooler, right‑click → Restart.
  • This clears stuck jobs and refreshes the connection.

3. Reinstall the HP Driver

  • In Devices and Printers, right‑click your HP printer → Remove device.
  • Download the latest HP OfficeJet 9015e driver from HP’s support site. https://support.hp.com/au-en/products
  • Reinstall and reconnect the printer.

4. Test from Microsoft Office

  • Open Word or Excel → File → Print.
  • Make sure the correct HP printer is selected.
  • If it still doesn’t appear, click Add Printer.

5. Install The new HP APP

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
