I have HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477fdw.  For connectivity, I have set up for USB, and per Wireless Network Test Report, Wireless printing is set up.  The wireless printer and USB printer are each setup seperately under "Devices and Printers".

However, I CANNOT PRINT TEST PAGE!  Very frustrating, any ideas?

Question for clarity: Have you configured WIFI direct or are you connecting to an existing wireless network?

Are you unable to print both usb and wireless?

 1. Yes, I am connecting Officejet Color Pro MFP M477fdw to an existing wireless network

 2. I can print with USB.

Thank you,

Is your existing wireless 2.4 Ghz or 5Ghz? Is your wireless appliance relatively new? It could be that the router is not playing nice with the printer and in a case like that the easiest fix is to set the 2.4Ghz channel on a different SSID than the 5Ghz and force the printer to only connect to the 2.4Ghz channel.
