Office Jet Pro 9010

I run a report and got the message more than one access point found that matches your wireless network name (SSID).

I have therefore renamed it to something unique.  I ran the report again and I get the same message again.

The problem is I loose wireless connection each day.  I reconnect it and it is fine but it then looses it the next day and I have to do this all again.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem.

Thanks

Are you connecting to a 5Ghz channel or 2.4Ghz channel. If your router supports both, I suggest that you apply a unique name (different from the 5Ghz channel) to the 2.4Ghz channel and force the printer to only connect to the 2.4 Ghz channel.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.  I am only connected to a 5 ghz channel.  Does this change your proposed solution.

 Thanks
