My OfficeJet 5255 is giving me the code:

OXDDOOOCFC

KERNEL_EXEC_ST

 

I've tried to restart, unplugged and plugged back in, etc.  The code remains on the screen.  I'm not able to navigate anything on the screen.  Any advice?  The only information I could find said it's a hardware issue and would need repair or to be replaced??
