Product: OfficeJet 6962
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Wireless connection.

When I turn the printer on, it will scan or print the item queued. Trying to print or scan another item results in the HP software (HP Utility, etc.) telling me it can't find the printer. Printer indicates it has a good connection to the network.

I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on to get another print or scan.
