Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have tried unsuccessfully to get assistance from HP Support,and wonder if anyone in the community can help me.
My printer has always been fine until these past few days. There is a ? icon showing on the side of the printer control panel and I am unable to print from either of my two mobile phones. All WiFi and Network connections are fine and printer software is up to date. If I use HP Support Assistant on the mobile this sceenshot is what appears, and of course it is impossible to obtain ANY assistance from HP Support. I am a very frustrated 75 year old who would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
