Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! My printer touchscreen stopped working very randomly. It worked when we last used the printer in January 2024. When I attempt to select on the touchscreen, it does not respond. However, I can print wirelessly from my laptop or using the HP Smart app. I have tried power cycling the printer and I updated the printer with the latest firmware from the website.  How can I get the touchscreen on my printer to start working again?
