I need instructions on how to do a factory reset on my printer.  I’ve  somehow disabled the network.  Message:  "Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact network administrator or person who set up the printer." 

I’ve seen past resolutions with a Private Message sent with instructions about how to do a factory reset, which does me no good. Guess I need that PM myself.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
