Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Office Jet Pro 8715 has suddenly started giving a message that features are locked by the person who set up the printer. That was me, and I didn't lock anything. This message just started today, printer has been working fine prior to this.

How do I reset? It will not allow me to access any settings, including restore network settings or connect to internet
