HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My OfficeJet Pro 9010 has been on a wireless network with my computer for a while with no problems for a while.  Now after an internet service interruption, my printer shows as offline on HP Smart App and computer, and my printer's wireless blue light is not lit.  I have rebooted my printer, computer, router, all to no avail.  I have restored the network settings on the printer and this has not fixed the issue.  My printer's wireless function is still disabled.  The only network option that the printer shows on the control panel is for an ethernet connection.  I need for the wireless connection to work again.
