OfficeJet Pro 9015e how to keep static ip address in printer when you turn it off it goes to DHCP .

when you put a static ip address in printer you turn it off and back on it goes to DHCP server for a ip address and it changes the ip address.  What must you turn off for this not to happen.  So it will alway have the static ip address in the printer.
