OfficeJet Pro 9025. I no longer have the “Wireless” icon on my touchscreen, only the “Ethernet” icon. So, I haven’t been able to connect to WiFi in over a week. At this point, I’d like to try a hard reset of the entire printer (have already tried restoring network settings) to see if I can access my network again.

I have done what the support team said several times and it did not reset the network settings. However, I was able to figure out how to get it to work. The ONLY way possible is to completely restore the printer by going to RESTORE and doing a COLD RESET. This reset the entire printer and the WIFI came back on. I then had to reconnect to the printer, but it now works
