Product: HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I have installed a new HP OfficeJet 250 today. I managed to use it on my laptop under windows and from my android phone using the HP App. However, trying to use the same HP App account on a second phone does not work as the printer does not show as available devices. The same happens on the web interface of HP App  no printer shows there.
Finally, during the setup process I did not write down the unique email address for the web printing service of the printer. Checking for the email address on the printer menu does not work (it hangs while showing "Acquiring email address...") and I cannot see/change it on the HP App web interface because the printer does not show there.
