Hi
I have been using my samsung galaxy to wirelessly print from my phone. It had been working fine for over a year. This morning, i printed a page and the next one jammed. Eversince, the printer will not print.
I have disconnected, cleared jams, and cleaned the rollers but still nothing. The screen says 'printing' but nothing happens. After each rest, the printer pulls in a page halfway and stops.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.
Clear the paper jam from the back of the All-in-One
- Disconnect the USB or parallel cable from the back of the printer.
- Press the Power button (
) to turn off the printer. - Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Remove the rear access door. Press in the tab on the left side of the door, and then pull the door away from the printer.
- Figure : Remove the rear access door
- Gently pull any jammed paper out of the rollers inside the printer.
- CAUTION: If the paper tears when you remove it from the rollers, check the rollers for torn pieces of paper that might remain inside the printer. If pieces of paper remain in the printer, more paper jams might occur.
- Carefully remove any scraps of paper that are still stuck in the printer.
- Reattach the rear access door. Push the door forward until it snaps into place.
