Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

           https://www.hp.com/au-en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.

Thank you, but the first link does not go to a page.  The second link is stuff I have tried several times.  The 2.4 Ghz band is even set to Legacy... The printer cannot see the wireless network.  I cannot connect to the printer via Bluetooth either.  I am at a loss on what I can do.  I had to switch to a new router as my netgear router was dropping out constantly (many times sporadically throughout the course of a day).  The printer was functioning just fine before I switched routers so I know there was nothing wrong with the printer.
