HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer

I have an HP 6052e printer. It was printing fine, when suddenly it just wasn't. I mean within seconds it just stopped suddenly and will not print. I have jumped thru all the Virtual Assistant hoops and still, no glory. I have received one error it is:EBSOOPOO10

My printer said it was offline, now it says it's ready, but still off line. So, my question is, how do you get a printer ON LINE? My printer is on, it is connected to wi-fi, the same wi-fi as my computer. I've shut down, restarted, done all I can or know how to do EXCEPT remove my printer from the wi-fi & reconnect. THAT I do not know how to do. OH! and brand new ink cartridges are in the printer.

Please help!!!

Jacki
