Product: HP ENVY 6034e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

is there a way to set the printer ALWAYS online, as mine is making me mad every time It goes offline after every closed session? HP smart recognize her but cannot connect to her, HP doctor same. The back button does nothing to wake her up and I always have to unplug and replug her to wake her up. HP printers give me this same problem over and over.

I see that you are facing printer offline issues with your HP ENVY 6034e All-In-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
