I have a HP Smart Tank 7602 on a wireless WiFi network.  My computer, the network, and printer worked fine for about a year.  Now, when I submit a document for printing from my computer, the printer goes offline.   The printer will come back online if I reboot my computer and printer, but it goes offline when I submit a document for printing.  There is another computer and printer on the network.  The other computer can print with the Smart Tank.  My computer can print with the other printer, but not the Smart Tank.   Do need to re-install the HP App on my computer?  What would cause the printer to go offline when a document is sent for printing?
