PRINT icon on my 9010 screen has been replaced by a SHORTCUTS icon and now won't print anything

Printer was working fine 3 weeks ago with the PRINT icon and hasn't been used since.

How did the PRINT icon get replaced by the SHORTCUTS icon? I haven't made any changes or run any updates.

I might not understand what you are describing --

The following are guesses (perhaps clever or perhaps not-so-much).

Depending the exact printer model, the printer's connection to your network, the printer's configuration, and whether or not you have a Windows or Mobile device where you are running HP Smart / HP App

It is normal to see one or more Shortcuts icons on the printer's control panel - eg., the printer's screen.

HP Smart / HP App Shortcuts can be created for various tasks, including Print, Share (to email), and Save (to Cloud)

-- What else? --

Depending on whether you have a Windows computer on which you have installed the full driver printer software AND whether you have configured / enabled the "Manage Scan to Computer" feature, the printer's control panel might include a Scan destination named for your printer.

-- Digital Send Profiles --

Depending on the exact printer model, the printer might include configurations for one or more supported Digital Send features.  Digital Send features very by printer model and might include Scan to Email configurations and Profiles (that you created) and / or other digital send features.
