Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This virtual system and it's instructions are not solving my printer problem - I have been online with the virtual assistant for over an hour, put in my serial number numerous times  tried test printing - receiving offline message.

How do I speak with a support tech?
