Purchased HP printer, more expensive than ones I’ve purchased in the past.

I’ve been paying for ink monthly for years and years.

So why is it when I need help because my printer suddenly disconnected from Wi-Fi and none of my devices  are “recognized” or HP CANNOT “find” the printer. 

HP  says enter serial number of printer.  Entered, now told my printer is registered under a different account…NO IT IS NOT!

Yet in the next one second on another help screen the website says they do not recognize any of my printer information.

COME ON, all I want to do is freakin connect to Wi-Fi and print some documents, but for some unknown reason, HP either doesn’t recognize my HP PRINTER OR MY REQUEST “FAILED ” —- what is the problem? 

Anyone else having these issues?? If so, please please please contact me if you have a solution.  I appreciate all help right now as I will have to drive an hour to a printer store such as Staples, etc.
