Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4120 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I got an email saying  account alert billing update needed and got other the day after

so updated my credit card and got an email saying “thank you for updating your billing information “

when I update it got charged (everything good so far) until I got an another email 6 mins after saying  “ account alert billing needed )

what going on can anyone help 

plus didn’t even get an email £ that they charge me
