Product: HP Photosmart 7520 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 
Im having problems trying to enable the web services on printer. Shows the error "cannot connect to web services"

What i've already done... 

 

- Update printer firmware to version ELM1CN1607AR

- Restart pc, printer and router

- Tried turn on Web Services from the EWS
- Factory restore printer configs

 

Can you help me resolving this issue plz?

From my memory, at one point HP removed this function from Photosmart 7520 printers then HP released new firmware to add it back.

 

Please try the following way

          https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-Copying/Photosmart-7520-cannot-connect-to-webservices/...

 

or

 

     https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05337026

Hi Banhien, 

Thanks for the replay. 

I've tried everthing described on https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05337026 and i think the firmware that i have installed on the printer is the most recent (ELM1CN1607AR). At least according to the HP website:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-7520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5199...

 

I dont know more what to try 😅
