HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 will no longer print remotely. Print Anywhere has disappeared.

HP Smart online shows an obsolete Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One  printer (it says Disconnected from the internet) but when I try to remove it it tries to remove the OfficeJet pro 8022.

I can't remove the Officejet Pro 8022 because Instant Ink is setup!!

How can I get HP Print Anywhere  working again??

I tried contacting HP Support but as the printer is more than a year old they won't help me despite me telling them it was a Print Anywhere fault not a printer fault.

The printer is on a static IP address to an ethernet connection to a Windows domain. No changes have been made to the LAN or Internet connection since it worked.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 . Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you

Update the printer firmware
