LaserJet M110w
Microsoft Windows 11

So I purchased a HP LaserJet M110w yesterday (at saturn), and I have set it up the way described in the user guide. On the local network (even through wireless) everything seems to be working fine, but I am interested in the Print Anywhere feature. I am not even sure if this printer supports this feature, but I can't seem to find a list of supported devices anywhere. Anyway, according to the tutorials I found online I am supposed to have the feature in the left-side menu in my dashboard, but all I have there is smart security (under solutions), and when I attempt to access my HP Smart app from a different network I get that the printer is unavailable (as soon as connected back to wifi, the printer is there). Does my printer even have the Print Anywhere option, and if so, how do I turn it on?

Thank you in advance, for any kind of help you may be able to provide.

Hi @Sule57,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP LaserJet M110w does not support the HP Print Anywhere feature, which is typically available on more advanced HP printers. This feature allows users to print from virtually anywhere using the HP Smart app, but it is primarily designed for printers with specific capabilities.

Here are some details to clarify:

Supported Printers: Print Anywhere is generally available on HP printers that are connected to HP’s cloud services. Unfortunately, the M110w is more focused on local network printing and does not have cloud connectivity capabilities for Print Anywhere.

Check the HP Smart App: While the HP Smart app is useful for managing prints and settings, the absence of the Print Anywhere feature in the menu indicates that it is not supported on this printer model.

Using the Printer on Local Network: You can still use the printer on your local network as you have set up. Ensure your devices are connected to the same network for wireless printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
